FAQ’s:

How do I sign-up if I will be taking some of my classes at the UES pop-up location?

  • Drop an email to kkswseat@kksweat.com to join the email list. All Program classes must be purchased separately via KK class-packs + UES classes at The Pearl, as opposed to one package.

Can I participate in a Quicksweat On Demand version of the Challenge?

  • YES! You are welcome to use the Quicksweat Library for a fully On Demand experience. For best results, we recommend 30-minute classes 4X/week.

Can I participate in an all On Demand version of the Challenge?

  • Of course! Stay on track with 3+ classes per week with the flexibility of taking the classes when it’s best for you.

What if I currently have an open class-pack or membership?

  • Reach out to kksweat@kksweat.com about pausing your existing pack/membership to join.

Can I join the Challenge if I know I will be traveling for some of the dates?

  • You can, but we recommend keeping your classes spread out and balanced, as best as possible. Utilize free access to the Quicksweat Library to keep movement a priority throughout your week, as opposed to overloading classes before/after your travel.
